We are The Glass Female Limited, a UK Company registered under company number 14106287. We are a small business that provides coaching, coaching programmes and HR Consulting.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before purchasing products from The Glass Female Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) via our website. Full Terms & Conditions and consent forms will be supplied directly to you via email whenever you engage with our coaching products.
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.
1. Services
We offer coaching programmes and packages (“Services”) through our Site. These Services are provided on a freelance basis between the coach and the coachee.
2. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
3. WooCommerce
Our Site uses WooCommerce to process payments. Your use of WooCommerce’s services is subject to their Terms of Service.
4. Privacy and Payment Information
We are committed to protecting your privacy and securing your personal information. All payment information is encrypted and securely processed through our payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

At The Glass Female Limited, we strive to provide high-quality coaching programmes that meet our clients’ needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following refund policy to ensure flexibility and fairness.
Full Refund (100%)
A full refund will be issued if:
● The cancellation request is received 60 days prior to the programme or coaching start date.
● The request is submitted in writing by email.
Partial Refund (50%)
A 50% refund of the total programme fee will be issued if:
● The cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the programme start date.
● The request is submitted in writing via email.
Limited Refund (25%)
A 25% refund of the total programme fee will be issued if:
● The cancellation request is received with at least 24 hours’ notice before the programme start date.
● The request is submitted in writing via email.
No Refund
No refund will be issued if:
● The cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the programme start date.
● The client has already begun the coaching programme.
Additional Terms
1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
2. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. The Glass Female reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programmes. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bryony Williams/The Glass Female Limited. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bryony Williams/The Glass Female Limited.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bryony Williams/The Glass Female Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
