Full Refund (100%)

A full refund will be issued if:

Partial Refund (50%)

A 50% refund of the total programme fee will be issued if:

The cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the programme start date.
The request is submitted in writing via email.

Limited Refund (25%)

A 25% refund of the total programme fee will be issued if:

The cancellation request is received with at least 24 hours’ notice before the programme start date.
The request is submitted in writing via email.

No Refund

No refund will be issued if:

The cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the programme start date.
The client has already begun the coaching programme.

Additional Terms

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
The Glass Female reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programmes. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Intellectual Property
