Full Terms & Conditions and consent forms will be supplied directly to you via email whenever you engage with our coaching products.

1. Services
We offer coaching programmes and packages (“Services”) through our Site. These Services are provided on a freelance basis between the coach and the coachee.
2. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
3. WooCommerce
Our Site uses WooCommerce to process payments. Your use of WooCommerce’s services is subject to their Terms of Service.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Full Refund (100%)
A full refund will be issued if:
- The cancellation request is received 60 days prior to the programme or coaching start date.
- The request is submitted in writing by email.
Partial Refund (50%)
A 50% refund of the total programme fee will be issued if:
- The cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the programme start date.
- The request is submitted in writing via email.
Limited Refund (25%)
A 25% refund of the total programme fee will be issued if:
- The cancellation request is received with at least 24 hours’ notice before the programme start date.
- The request is submitted in writing via email.
No Refund
No refund will be issued if:
- The cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the programme start date.
- The client has already begun the coaching programme.
Additional Terms
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- The Glass Female reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programmes. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bryony Williams/The Glass Female Limited. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bryony Williams/The Glass Female Limited.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
